Ingredients:
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 cup watermelon, diced
- 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
